The evening was all about power packed performances, high celeb quotient and nerve-racking suspense. It was the grand finale of a talent hunt contest that was held on Sunday evening and it was truly grand. There were seven rounds altogether including, fast round, medley round, matir gaan, nijer pachhonder gaan, classical singing and Tagore songs where the finalists Soumen, Manisha and Karma got a chance to exhibited their skills.
The judges in between the rounds obliged their fans with autographs. Judges’ witty remarks and Debojit’s medley drove everyone crazy and many in the audience even came near the stage to shake a leg with Eena Meena Dika, Do you Wanna Partner and Dekha Jo Tujhe Yaar. The contest continued till late into the night and after the final round the judges declared Soumen the winner. A fit ending to the evening.
