Devlina Kumar, were present at the event. The child artistes — Broto Banerjee, Tiyasha Pal and Aviraj Karan — who have played the lead roles in the movie, were also present.
The film revolves around the trust issues faced by schools and parents along with the need for child counselling in today’s education system.
“Today, mistrust has grown between parents and school authorities, which is affecting the children. Parents have become too suspicious and impatient,” said Nandita while talking about the film. To this, Shiboprosad added, “Earlier, in our school days, we had a strong bond with both the teaching and the non-teaching staff. We need to bring back that trust.”
Talking about her character in the movie, Aparajita said, “I play the role of a school counsellor and an ideal teacher. Whenever a child faces any problem in school, they approach me.”
