Premiere of 'Mayabazar'

The premiere of “Mayabazar” — a film which explores urban existential problems through three stories — boasted a glittering list of celebrities.
Apart from cast members such as Roopa Ganguly, Badsha Maitra, Dhritiman Chatterjee, Jack, Payel and director Joydeep Ghosh, we also spotted Shekhar Das, Aniket Chattopadhyay, Sujon and Kanchana Moitra.
The better halves of Jack and Payel were present to encourage them.“I caught up with some old friends and met some interesting people at the event. It was quite unlike a filmi adda,” said Badsha.
“I loved the first story, more so because it’s by my favourite author, Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay. I am also there in “Room No. 103”, a film by Aniket Chattopadhyay featuring Badsha and Anjana Basu,” said Kanchana.
