Peace concert on the fifth anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack in Kolkata

It was a bevy of mesmerizing performances at a peace concert organized in the city on the fifth anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. The concert saw Arjun Khyapa and Golam Fakir rendering sufi, fakiri, murshidi and marfati songs.
The Kolkata Police Band, too, proved its mettle with a medley of songs. Upal Sengupta wowed the crowd with songs like Purono din purono mon, while Pal tule de by Satadal touched a chord with the audience.Upal and Satadal then joined hands to sing E bhabhe jai. Rabeya ki Ruksana by Prasmita also drew loud applause. Dipannita Acharya, who sang folk, made for a pretty picture.
