Partying in full force!

The soaring temperature notwithstanding, Kolkata is partying in full force. On a recent Saturday, Venom saw a huge turnout.
The draw was some great music by DJ G of Kilogram. The DJ, who had famously remixed Sajanaji vari vari from Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd., was quick to get the crowd into the groove. Having churned out numbers like Jee karda and some Korean tracks of the band, Girls’ Generation, he said, “The crowd profile has changed and so have we.” Talking about the international music scene, since the DJ too plays abroad, he said, “Hip hop and house music rule.Yet another interesting phenomenon is live artistes playing alongside DJs.”
