The Hooghly river front looked alluring, with the cool evening breeze adding to the winter nip. Not every day does a young Kolkatan woo and wed this way.

Earlier in the day he married his sweetheart, Karampreet Walia, (daughter of Kawaljeet and Rajinder Singh Walia) at a gurudwara.
Having set the tone for things to come at his sangeetwith a laser act, Neeraj and his friends rocked the party as DJs Dippy and Raman got everyone to the dance floor. The wedding, organized by his friends Arindam Mukherjee and Fahd Ali, actually did set the water on fire that night. Official photographer Vivek Mahajan ensured every moment was captured on camera.
The reception too was a lively and memorable affair with the lawn of a golf club decorated with white lights and shamianas. This sure was one big fat Indian wedding that had dance, music and oodles of romance.
