Recently, photo-biographer and world lensman Nemai Ghosh was felicitated by Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal MK Narayanan at a city studio. On the occasion, the Governor also inaugurated a unique tribute exhibition featuring works of 52 artists, whom Ghosh had captured in his book, Faces of Indian Art. “I thought it would be really interesting to capture them while they are working on their canvas.
The first artist I started working with was Paritosh Sen. He was very cooperative and I enjoyed shooting him,” said Ghosh.
While launching the book, Ghosh nostalgically recalled how the prestigious Padma Shri was conferred upon him, this January.
