Actor, director and dramatist Ajitesh Bandyopadhyays significant contribution to Indian theatre cannot be forgotten in a hurry.
His adaptations of Pirandello, Chekhov and Brecht in plays like Teen Paysar Pala, Natyakarer Sandhane Chhati Charitra, Manjari Amar Manjari and Bhalo Manush are truly incredible. As part of the year-long tribute to this iconic figure, a play reading session was organised by Theatrum in association with The Times of India on Sunday evening.
