City club showcases short films for its members

The Eye Within Club hosts a short film screening session, Alpoy Golpo, every alternate Monday. So, on August 13,
the short films, Love Therapy In My Second Home directed by danseuse Alokananda Roy, Paradise — The News Will Clean The World directed by Jan Leitenbauer and My Life I Don’t Want directed by Nyan Kyal Say, were screened.
The session was attended by several club members who enjoyed the film screening.The event was curated by Goutam Das, secretary of the club. He said, “This event has become the talk of the town as eminent personalities come and make their presence felt during the session. I hope to screen many award-winning shorts in future.”
