Bickram Ghosh's musical treat for Kolkata

Music can help raise awareness and how! Considering that global warming is threatening the world at large and is best addressed through music, an initiative has been taken to bring renowned musicians under one roof to espouse the cause.
Recently, Bickram Ghosh, Amyt Datta and V Suresh came together for a concert, Awakening — the Rebirth, A Musical Journey on Global Warming at The HHI, which was a prelude to a series of concerts which starts from March.“The theme of the concert is Global Warming, which stresses on man’s relationship with Nature over the century. Greg Ellis, the famous drummer from the US who has worked in more than 80 Hollywood films, Rajesh Vaidhya, Jesse Bannister, a leading saxophone player from UK, V Suresh and I will be performing in this series of concerts. Added to that, I am also directing the programme,” said Bickram Ghosh.
