The downpour didn’t dampen spirits in the least. On Sunday night, many braved the rains only to be present at an awards ceremony that was held at Nazrul Manch. The enthusiastic crowd went gaga over the electrifying performances by Manjushree, Koneenica, Debdut, Soumili and Debraj.Monali Thakur charmed the audience with Na Mono Lagey Na and Ja Re Ja.
Rituparna Sengupta made a late entry, just before her name was announced. In the small speech that she gave, she was all praises for actor Indrani Halder who also won an award that evening.
