Kolkata metro conducts stress management camp based on 'Art of Living' principles
Metro railway prioritises the safety and well-being of its numerous commuters. Under the direction of general manager P Uday Kumar Reddy, comprehensive safety measures, including regular mock drills and training sessions, are consistently implemented. To further support staff, metro railway conducted a stress management camp at Noapara Crew Lobby from February 8 to 12. This initiative, organised by the Electrical Engineering Department, provided motormen, supervisors, and staff from Electrical and Finance Departments with stress-reduction techniques based on the 'Art of Living' principles, including yoga, meditation, and sudarshan kriya. This second camp for motormen, and first at Noapara, aims to enhance staff productivity and resilience.
