Recognising this, The Run Club Calcutta introduced a refreshing twist to the city’s fitness scene with an afternoon mini-marathon held just before sunset. Aptly titled “Run for Fun,” the initiative by The Notorious Nocturnals Run for Fun catered to those who struggle to make it to dawn workouts yet want to stay active.While concerns around running in the heat remain valid, organisers ensured expert-backed precautions were in place, consulting doctors and fitness professionals to prioritise safety. The result? A lively, inclusive run that brought together athletes, models, and fitness enthusiasts alike.Covering a comfortable distance of 3 kilometres, the event focused less on competition and more on community and enjoyment.
