Rankala saviors felicitated at an event

Rankala lake in the city is one of the biggest tourist attractions in Kolhapur. However, to maintain its prestige and cleanliness, many citizens have been putting in lot of efforts. These saviors of the lake were felicitated at the recently concluded Happy Streets at Rankala.
These citizens also appealed others to join them in this fight. Although there are many groups working to save the lake, they unite under one committee. This committee has a representative from all the different groups working for the cause. Together these people have not just held cleanliness drives for the lake, but also conducted plantation drives.
