Pratyay theatre festival commences in the city

The third edition of the Pratyay theatre festival commenced in the city today. Actor Atul Kulkarni and Kishore Kadam attended the inauguration as chief guests. The event also offered enthusiasts from the city a chance to interact with veteran actors like Atul Pethe, Kishore Kadam, Hrishikesh Joshi, etc.
The first play Mahadev Bhai will be staged today in the evening.Dr Maya Pandit, who has translated this play in Marathi, will attend the show as well. The play revolves around Mahadev Bhai, who was a close aide of Mahatma Gandhi, and is an interesting piece set in that period.
