was staged recently. The play portrayed the pitiful decline of an alcoholic and the devastating effects the addiction had on his family life. The play written on the lines of Devdas, the hero is introduced to alcohol by Chunnilal. Another character, Sudhakar is initiated into drinking by the evil Taliram. The famous play is written by
