SARSAS holds street painting competition in Thiruvananthapuram

As in every year, the happening corner of

Manaveeyam Veedhi

in Thiruvananthapuram witnessed a street painting competition, this time too.

It was organised as a pre-runner to the

Trivandrum Marathon

which is to be held on January 12 under the aegis of

SARSAS

aka

Save a Rupee Spread a Smile

organisation.
Many youngsters took part in the event, which ended up beautifying the lane in a variety of hues. From cartoon characters to abstract paintings, many colourful images filled the canvases attached to the walls, in the medium of water colour to crayons.
