Periyar run held today at Aluva

A 10 kilometer running event was held today at Aluva, and hundreds of runners from across the State took part in the event.
Titled Periyar Run, the event had UC College campus as its starting and finishing point, and the runners got to explore a good part of the area's village life, close to the Nedumbassery Airport. The top three runners from the male and female categories were awarded prizes and all the runners who completed 10 K were awarded medals
