Manasa Radhakrishnan’s photoshoot held in Kochi

Yet another photoshoot was held in Kochi recently and this time too, the location was Paravur near Aluva.

The shoot had Malayalam actress Manasa Radhakrishnan in a davani avatar, and the theme of the shoot was the upcoming festival of Diwali.

The photographer was Vishnu Prasad, and the shoot was held in the backdrop of the night sky at an ethnic setting in a house, where fireworks triggered a festive mood. Its coordination and styling were by

Talking about the shoot, Manasa told us, “There aren’t many photoshoots happening now unlike in the past, so I am very excited for this one. At a time in which numerous Covid – 19 protocols are in place, I am also happy that such a shoot is taking place. There are very few people here and we ourselves are helping the still photographers as well. Its costumes are by Lakshmi and make-up is by Farzana. In fact, we are celebrating Diwali here even before the festival date!”

On the film front, it was reported recently that Manasa has bagged a plum project in Tamil titled Paramaguru, which has Sasikumar in the lead. The actress, who plays the female protagonist in the film, was shooting for the movie just before the lockdown was announced.

A few months ago, she had told us, “My portions were shot in Munnar and the next schedule was supposed to be in Madurai. But now, we are wondering how things will progress,” says the actress. The movie is directed Tiyaan filmmaker Jiyen Krishnakumar. Meanwhile, there were also rumours that the 21-year-old actress had signed up for Telugu star Pawan Kalyan’s next project as its leading lady. However, the youngster had told us she hasn’t been contacted for the project. “I first heard about it when people started tagging me on Instagram. Of course, I would be excited if they do approach me but right now these are just speculations.”
