Hanan Hamid steals hearts as the showstopper at Khadi Fashion show

Giving a fitting reply to the trollers and cyber bullies who attacked her on social media, 21-year-old Hanan Hamid stunned everyone when she walked the ramp as the showstopper at the fashion show organised by the Kerala Khadi Board. At the event held at Kanakakunnu Palace Auditorium at Thiruvananthapuram, Hanan, all dressed up in a khadi half sari, walked the ramp along with other models.The new avatar of Hanan surprised everyone who gathered to witness the show organised in connection with the state-level inauguration of Onam-Bakrid Khadi fest on Wednesday.
Though it was Hanan who grabbed eyeballs, the students of Apparel Training and Design Centre who took part in the fashion show also stood out for their innovative designs using traditional khadi. The youth weaved in their creativity and showcased trendy, kids and traditional styles in khadi. We also spotted Khadi Board’s vice-chairperson Shobhana George.
