Bamboo rice baked goods could be the flavour of the season

The bamboo fest which was in the city recently had many interesting products, but perhaps one of the most innovative was the baked goods made with bamboo rice. This could be the healthy alternative for those with a sweet tooth, suggested those behind the venture, pointing out that there is no maida or preservatives and chemicals in the products.
The products included the seasonal plum cake, biscuits in various flavours, like chilli, coffee, pepper and ginger, and cupcakes.“We source organic raw material from farmers. We launched the products at the bamboo fest and are ready to sell them in the market now,” said Daniel, the managing partner of the Baza brand which is bringing out the baked goods.
