A grand engagement ceremony in Kanpur

The engagement of Shekhar and Sonal Gupta, organised at a banquet hall in Kanpur, was well-attended by family and friends. Shekhar’s father Dileep Gupta was seen greeting the guests at the do, while Sonal’s parents, Suresh and Kusum Gupta, were seen looking after the arrangements. The venue was beautifully decorated with red and pink flowers and pink curtains, along with huge mirror frames, which gave a grand look to the party.

The party was high on entertainment as the relatives of the couple staged a number of dance performances. Shekhar’s sister Monica, along with Garima and Sukirti, performed on 'O Re Piya' song which had the guests clapping for them. Barkha and Avinash also entertained the guests with their performance on 'Kyunki Tum Hi Ho.'

It was not just the stage performances that kept the guests entertained, many were seen dancing to the beats of the dholwallahs.
