The painting of Maa Durga by artist Sandeep Gomey and his team made for a beautiful backdrop for pictures. There was a huge variety of dishes, apart from the famous meetha paan and sandesh.

Taking part in the celebrations were Rajyavardhan Rathore, Sundeep Bhutoria, Bengali actress June Malia, among many others from Jaipur’s social circuit. Remarked Rathore, “I can feel the vibrant energy and enthusiasm with which the festival is being celebrated here. I really felt like I was transported to Kolkata the moment I entered the puja pandal.” Bhutoria added, “It’s great to see people from different walks of life coming together to celebrate the festival.”
