Cake mixing ceremonies set the tone for a joyful Christmas celebration in Jaipur

With rich ambiance and décor, one can feel the warmth of the upcoming festival in the ritual of cake-mixing. Adorned in traditional chef attire, completed with their iconic hats and aprons, both guests and staff came together to partake in the time-honored tradition of mixing the beverages and dry fruits for the grand Christmas cake. This heartwarming event took place by the poolside at ITC Rjaputana which had been exquisitely organised with a tempting array of ingredients. Chef Kabil Dev shared, “The mixture included a colorful assortment of fruits, plump raisins, dried apricots, fragrant cardamom, and the essence of vanilla. The additional spirit to the mixture embraced in the festive ambience. The zeal of participation which was filled with enthusiasm and serenity of the well wishers around the city. Another venue that played a perfect host to welcome the yuletide spirit was DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer as they hosted a joyous and vibrant cake mixing ceremony at its Garden Bar. The event brought together Jaipur-based socialites and food enthusiasts to partake in the traditional ritual of cake mixing, a cherished prelude to the forthcoming Christmas and New Year celebrations.
