A two day Zumba workshop was organised at Yeshwant Club for their members by the members of World of Fitness at Indore where the enthusiasts got to learn about basics of Zumba and how is Zumba helpful for our body. Zumba expert Aarti Maheshwari shared, “Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.

Zumba is one of the most fun and versatile fitness crazes to come along in a long time. Classes can be geared for just about any fitness level. Though, most of Zumba involves high-impact moves like bouncing and jumping, it can be modified to meet your needs.” A group of over 30 women made the most out of the workout sessions that involved movements which is a combination of salsa, samba, mambo and merengue. The participants were also told that Zumba lowers tension and promotes flexibility and posture. Zumba is a dance form of fitness which promotes full body workout. It is a comprehensive fitness regimen which engages every muscle.
