Shalmali Kholgade and Arijit Singh enthrall Indore at a music concert concert organised at Abhay Prashal auditorium

Indoreans had a musical treat recently, at a concert organised at Abhay Prashal auditorium, where singers Arijit Singh and Shalmali Kholgade came to perform.

They sang various tracks which kept the audience singing and cheering throughout the do. Amidst the cheers, Arijit came to the stage singing his hit romantic number Sun Raha Hai Na Tu. The audience was so elated that the venue echoed with their cheers, with the girls shouting, “Marry me, Arijit!” All his songs received an overwhelming response from the audience, especially, Jo Meri Thi Dua, Milne Hai Mujhse Aai and Tere Bin Main Kaise Jia. Shalmali Kholgade rocked the stage with her opening song Pareshan. After this, she made everyone dance to her tunes with her various other popular songs.

a fan-ful affair: “I am a big fan of Arijit. So, there’s no question of missing his show. This concert is so rocking. It takes away all your stress,” said Akanksha. Though it wasn’t the first time that Arijit singh was in the city, Indoreans couldn’t hold back their enthusiasm. “Arijit is melody personified. He is just the best,” remarked Kailash Dubey, a music teacher. “It’s a total entertainment package and I love to be here”, said Himanshu, another guest. Shalmali’s tracks like Titli, Lat Lagg Gayee and Daru Desi recieved an overwhelming response from the audience. Shalmali concluded her performance with the peppy song Balam Pichkari.

overwhelmed with the response: Arijit and Shalmali loved the kind of response they received from Indoreans. They kept expressing their joy in between their performance. They entertained the people by performing on their favourite tracks.
