Halloween came early at this open mic

In a first, Halloween came in

June

for

Indoreans

. No there is no mistake! A scary

open mic

was organised at a city based cafe, where all participants turned up as ghosts, vampires, poltergeists and all things supernatural. The event which began only at 9 in the night, went on till midnight to add to the eerie feeling built up by the cafe owners. For people who could not dress up from home, yet wanted to be a part of the whole scary scene, were given an on the spot makeover by a painting artiste.

Performers presented various kinds of acts to add to the halloween like event. While there was the usual performance of singing and poetry, a few artistes dialed up the scary feeling a bit. Dev Sharma, narrated a scary story of an incomplete love letter, which had the most unpredictable ending. Anil, a magician in practice won over everyone with his tricks and finally Vaibhavi Morey concluded the event with a dance where she dressed up as a

ghost

.
