Film society pays tribute to martyrs through screening

Following the recent attack on CRPF jawans in Pulwama J&K, Cinevision film society of

Indore

hosted a film screening session showcasing the film ‘Zero Dark Thirty’ on Sunday. The film was based on the US strike on Al Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden’s hiding spot in Pakistani in May, 2011. The film traces the journey of an intelligence officer who is given the responsibility of tracing Laden. During this time, she is also posted at the US embassy in Pakistan and the film shows how she gathers clues about Laden’s whereabouts. The film is directed by Kathryn Bigelow. The motive of this screening was to bring to notice how defense personnel put their lives at stake to fight terrorism across the globe.
