On the onset of World Theatre Day, the three-day Aaina Theatre Festival which was organised at Anandmohan Mathur Sabhagrah concluded with a bang on Monday evening. Play Pancham Ved was staged on the last day of the theatre fest. The play reflected the day-to-day struggles that an artiste needs to face and how artistes need to face different challenges, rejections and judgements before making it big in their field of interest.
The play has been written by Vinod Joshi and was directed by city based artiste Nitesh Upadhyay. The theatre festival was a big hit with over 5K people attending the festival to see different plays that reflected the stereotypes of today’s society.
