A cooking master class with master chef!

One of the leading Mumbai based fine dine restaurants in the city hosted a master class with their director

Nilesh Limaye

and head chef Jitendra Singh. Together, they showed the food lovers’ city what goes on in the kitchen of the restaurant. They live-cooked delicacies like Rajma Chawal Arancini and Pathar

Paneer

Caesar Salad.
“It was a pleasure to host the

workshop

in a city that has an evolved taste in food. The purpose of this workshop was to let our patrons/customers know how and what goes on in the kitchen, which eventually comes out to them on a plate. We have given a modern twist to the tradional Rajma Chawal, and have also created a homely Paneer Caesar Salad that can easily be cooked at home" shared Nilesh. The restaurant Mirchi and Mime is also a platform for SHIs to be an active part of the community, besides providing employment opportunities to them. The menu comes with depictions of the Indian Sign Language (ISL) through which patrons can communicate with the staff.
