It was an evening when some of Urdu poetry’s timeless gems charmed ghazal lovers in one of the pulse venues in

Khairtabad

recently. Organised to honour India’s first dual citizen

, the do saw many eminent names among the audience who dropped by to witness a recital by

Ustad Rajkumar Rizvi

and his daughter Neha. While Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana

Mohammed Mehmood Ali

was present as the chief guest, other dignitaries such as

AK Khan

, advisor to government on minority reports, TRS MLCs

Farooq Hussain

and

Mohammed Fareed Uddin

too graced the occasion with their presence. After the concert, the guests hobnobbed over a lavish Hyderabadi spread.
