It was an evening of celebration as the Deputy British High Commissioner, Andrew Fleming, hosted a dinner reception to honour Dr Raghu Ram Pillarisetti, who was conferred the prestigious British honour OBE (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of British Empire) on March 30.
