Theatre enthusiasts headed to the staging of Sifar Theatre’s “Park” by Manav Kaul. The play revolved around three benches in a park and three men fighting over why the other should sit on it. As each of the men narrated their reasons for wanting to sit on the bench, they grew closer to understanding each other.
“Despite the rains, the audience sat through the open-air staging, hiding themselves with their helmets and umbrellas, which was a great support for us as we almost cancelled the play,” said Feroze, the director of the play.
