MLA’s pre-release event was a starry affair

all set to storm screens as an MLA, a grand pre-release event of the film held in Hyderabad on Tuesday was a starry affair. Apart from the lead stars Kalyan Ram and Kajal Aggarwal, the entire crew of the film and debutant director Upendra Madhav were also in attendance. Actors Brahmanandam and Allari Naresh too were spotted at the do.
“I had never heard a narration for more than two hours,” quipped Kalyan Ram, adding, “But the script of MLA had me gripped. The only other film for which I had heard the whole narration was Pataas, and this story excited me as much.” Speaking about director Upendra’s dedication and eye for perfection, the actor also recounted instances from the set where the latter would insist on re-takes till he was happy with the scene.
