Remembering Bimal Roy, the legendary filmmaker of the 50s, these P3Ps gathered at a musical evening at a cafe on Wednesday evening. At the mike was Dr
Subhash Kaul
who spoke about the visionary followed by melodies from his hit movies of the era, rendered beautifully byHarini Rao
. She kicked off — quite fittingly — with Lata Mangeshkar’s O Sajna Barkha Bahaar Aayi, taking the guests into a trance. The rainy evening turned into a perfect retro night as the ones in attendance swayed to the 50s melodies while sipping on some masala chai and munched on hot snacks.Top Comment
