Hyderabadi medicos and their English counterparts enjoy a nawaabi daawat

A classy drinks and dinner hosted by Dr Raghu Ram recently, saw medicos from the city and their British counterparts letting their hair down and having a blast.

Held at a plush city hotel, the evening was hosted in honour of 25 renowned surgeons from the UK, who flew down to the city to conduct the prestigious inter-collegiate final MRCS examination.


The evening also saw Dr Andrew Fleming, British Deputy High Commissioner to AP and Telangana, being felicitated for the honorary doctorate recently conferred upon him by Bolton University.


The Court of Examiners also felicitated Dr Raghu Ram for taking over as the 82nd President of the Association of Surgeons of India.

The 100-odd guests then sat down to enjoy a delicious menu featuring biryanis, kebabs and delicious Hyderabadi desserts.
