Dasari Narayana Rao's double celebration
Filmmaker and former union minister, Dasari Narayana Rao, recently celebrated his birthday with family and friends from the industry.
Ramanaidu, Balakrishna, Krishna Reddy, Atchi Reddy, Sudhakar Reddy, Mutyala Subbaiah and Pokuri Babu Rao were some of those who were present.
It was a double celebration of sorts, as Dasari also released a book on yesteryears actor, Savithri.
Dasari also announced that he would institute an award in her name next year. The award will be given to someone from the industry for their contribution to Telugu cinema.
