Amina’s mehendi was high on naach-gaana

The mehendi ceremony of Zafar Javeed’s daughter Amina was a lavish affair that saw the city’s who’s who in attendance.

Dressed in their traditional best, the family members and close friends of the bride-to-be poured in good numbers to be a part of the festivities. The star attraction of the evening was popular Bollywood singer Mohammed Irfan, who performed for the 1000-odd guests at the do.

The singer enthralled the crowd for one and half hours singing Bollywood hits, both old and new. Later, the guests were treated to a sumptuous spread of Arabian and traditional Hyderabadi cuisines.
