A recent art show featuring a wide range of works by 38 city artists, was the talk of the town among Hyderabad’s art frat. Titled ‘Bindu… The Beginning’, the art works were ondisplay at a plush venue in Banjara Hills.
Curated by city-based lawyer and artist
Jyoti Das, the do featured works by eminent artists such as
Laxman Aelay, Nagesh Goud, Chippa Sudhakar, Meghana Rao, Shrikant Kurva and more.
From oil-based paintings, bronze and wood sculptures, paper machete and egg shell figurines, this art show had it all.
Spotted at the do were many familiar faces from the city’s social circuit, including artist
Sravanthi Juluri and Deputy British High Commissioner,
Andrew Fleming.
The evening ended with guests chatting over wine and cheese, as they enjoyed a live violin session by
Sai, a city-based violinist.
