A golf tournament for a cause!

If you thought only celebs can support the sports world, here are sportspersons who are reaching out for dual goals – promoting sports and through it a social cause.
The weekend witnessed one such event at a city club to create consciousness on cancer prevention, early detection, cure and rehabilitation for the needful.
A golf tournament was organised so as to raise funds for the cause.And teeing in style was Kapil Dev, who has just been inducted into ICC Hall of Fame.
He not only played but helped tennis ace Sania Mirza, whose tennis career is at an all time low, as well as the newbie T-Town star Richa, and Priyamani try their hands at it. The three ladies looked keen to learn the game as the former cricketer shared valuable tips. Also lending support to the cause were Pinky Reddy, Sangeeta Reddy, Rajiv Reddy, Kavya, Sunaina, Hina, Ajita and Meenakshi.
