threw a grand bash to celebrate the success of “Be your own Boss” a new initiative by the Country Club Intrapreneurship Program. Launched earlier this year, the program enables and mentors highly successful sales and marketing professionals from the industry to fulfil their dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
With a global presence in over 10 countries and about 5 lakh members.

is already a name to reckon with in the world of clubbing, holidays, events and fitness. Our next phase of exponential growth will come from our “Be your own boss” reckons CMD Rajeev Reddy, who is a first generation entrepreneur himself. “Ours is a people-centric business, therefore our success lies in creating an environment which enables the Intrapreneur to maximise their unique direct sales capability, followed by rewards and recognition which drives individuals to unleash higher levels of passion. Currently with 30 competent entrepreneurs joining the initiative, the aim for the new year is to take that number to 100,” said Rajeev Reddy.

to name a few was not all about business though. Rajeev Reddy added a personal touch to the evening by welcoming his daughter Nikhila and son-in-law Harsha for a surprise cake-cutting ceremony. And it was quite the sight to see the couple’s faces light up with joy.
