A big, fat Punjabi shaadi in Hyderabad

The wedding of Nikita Sharma — daughter of Naresh Sharma, the former treasurer of Hyderabad Cricket Association — with Chandigarh-based groom, Ankit was a lavish affair and was attended by several socialites from the city. Held at a Secunderabad hotspot, this Punjabi wedding was a hit with with the guests. Before the pheras, the guests were spotted posing for the pictures for a special pre-wedding shoot that was lined up.The bride’s entry was elegant — she walked to the mandap with a beautiful floral toran overhead. Nikita looked almost divine in her designer pink and gold lehenga. The pheras took place at midnight and the festivities were wrapped up at dawn.
