Harshad Ajoomal showcased his collection of high-end jewellery in Mumbai.

To say that this was a glittering event hosted by Harshad Ajoomal would be nothing but a gross understatement.
For this high-tea evening to showcase his collection of high-end jewellery was all about glitter, shine and bling.
And we’re not just talking of the finely-crafted pieces, but also the equally shiny guests from the social circuit who came in to have a dekko.
Early-bird Bhairavi Goswami was completely taken in by the fusion pieces: I can wear it to a casual luncheon and then go to a chic soiree without worrying about the accessories looking out of place — so convenient for women on the go, like me!”
Remu and Naaz Zaveri looked every inch the couple-eternally-in-love as Naaz selected designs while Remu waited patiently “to pick the tab once she gets done! That’s what we husbands are for, isn’t it? It’s the least we can do for these lovely women who make our lives so blissful!” he smiled.
Also seen browsing around were Asha Patel, Farhat Jamal, Poonam Dhillon, who came wading through a sea of traffic from the other end of town and Neeta Lulla, who also went through the same agony. But it was well worth it, as everyone present here agreed.

Designer Deepika Gehani, who kept busy trying on different pieces along with Roopa Fabiani, found the collection to be “extremely versatile very colourful.” Raell Padamsee, self-confessedly not a jewellery person, remarked to have been glad to have come because, “There are a so many pearls here — something I’m crazy about!”
