Patrons and staff of DoubleTree by Hilton in Panaji kicked off their Christmas festivities with a traditional
The annual cake mixing ceremony is a feature at several resorts, and the mixture is kept in storage to mature until it’s time to bake it around Christmas time. The chef and his team hand-picked the ingredients to showcase the vibrant flavours of the region, and the guests joined in the mixing.
