Goa’s
hip hop
community and party lovers joined in a dance battle and party called Shit’s Legit organised by Neil Nevgi, Snell Mascarenhas and Yash Sawant in a Candolim nightclub. Dancers from Goa and other cities took part in the dance battle and danced to tunes by DJ Flaz earlier that night, while the party continued until late. Mik62 dance group walked away with the top prize at the battle judged by Prithvi from FAM.O.U.S crew.
Rapper MC Bamania, BadBola and Zadarapper enthralled the crowd with their performance, along with JD from
Gully Gang and Goan DJs Brainwash, AND, Flaz, Arjun Sood, Yohann, Nathan, Adhik M and Mr. E.
Divine from
Gully Gang and Nikunj from BeYouNick also made an appearance.
Dylan Fernandes from Porvorim, who was at the party with friends, says, “Having
Gully Gang at the party was definitely something we were all looking forward to. Even though the outdoor sound system wasn’t on their side, the crowd didn’t let go of the floor and moved indoors. The scene was lit. Hats off to the organisers!”
Ricardo Cardozo from Candolim, who was also at a party says, “It was a awesome experience with a night full of entertainment, with some exceptionally good DJs who kept us glued to the dance floor! We had a great chance to meet the
Gully Gang members too, who made the night memorable.”
