goers were in for a treat last weekend as multiple locations across North Goa hosted Independence Day parties. Tourists preferred party hubs in Baga – Tito’s and Mambo’s, which hosted Flaunt your Independence parties while locals were seen celebrating at the Independence Grind – War of Djs at Showbar in Candolim.

DJs Ajit Pai, Mack Viera, Salvinho, DJ Akhtar and others had the crowds grooving to Bollywood music in Tito’s and Mambos, while being entertained by dancers, fire performers, flair bartenders who kept them busy from August 14 through 17.

Revellers were seen dancing and grooving to house, hip hop and other electronic music on the night of August 15, while DJs Benz, Navin, Skeletron and others kept the crowd on their feet throughout. “It was an amazingly executed Independence Day party at Showbar Exchange. I attended this party with a bunch of my friends and was indeed a full power party. The DJs set the perfect vibe to their groovy music, which kept us glued to the dance floor. We had one of the best party experiences,” said Loyena Mascarenhas, who was at the party.
