Hundreds of faithfuls took part in the
feast
of Nativity of Mary at Our Lady of the Immaculate ConceptionChurch
in Panaji on Saturday evening. The feast - which is considered to be the birthday of Mother Mary - is dedicated to mothers. The litany was followed by a procession after which everyone offered flowers to Mother Mary and sought her blessings. This was followed by a Eucharist celebration.end of article
