Creative writing and art competition held for students to protect Mollem

As part of the movement to protect Mollem National Park and Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary from three destructive projects, children from across Goa were invited to showcase their creative skills in the form of a writing competition and a drawing competition.
The aim was to create awareness among students on the importance of preserving our forests and wildlife habitats.

The winners of the Protect Mollem Student are in the 1st place for Creative Writing Competition was won by Ameesha Fernandes of Carmel College of Arts, Commerce and Science, followed by Natalie De Sousa from St Xavier's College, Mapusa, at 2nd place and was followed by the 3rd place, which was won by Brian Barreto of Santacruz Higher Secondary School.
The other Protect Mollem Student Art Competition for primary section was won by Siya Gopinath Azgaonkar from Saraswat Vidyalaya at 1st place. 2nd place was won by Daksh Naik of Miracles Primary School, Sanguem, followed by Advaith Pagi, St Andrew’s at third place.

At the secondary school level, Vedanta Vishnu Gaunkar of Dr KBH High School, Bambolim stood first, followed by the 2nd place which was won by Joshua Pinto, Bethany Convent High School, and the 3rd place by Avisha Anil Harmalkar, Mulgao High School.

In the higher secondary and college section. 1st place was bagged by Santosh Balkrishna Kadam, Gvms SNJA, 2nd place by Aniketh Gaude, Goa College of Art and 3rd place was won by Rowena Salome D'Souza, Rosary College of Commerce and Arts.
Most creative entry across all groups was won by Aditi Maria Vurgese, Sharada Mandir Higher Secondary School
