Art exhibition by Beena Gangani, Glen Fernandes, Rohan Coelho, Nickson Fernandes and Pankaj Naik in Goa

The second installment of this art exhibition proved to be an even bigger success than the first.
The group show comprised of artists Beena Gangani, Glen Fernandes, Rohan Coelho, Nickson Fernandes and Pankaj Naik. Five friends, all graduates of fine arts, decided to display their work at the Kala Academy. And it was a riot of colours, with a variety of styles and techniques on display.Oils and acrylics made the canvases come alive.
Rohan’s style showed his interest in cars, while Beena’s intricate cold ceramic work was a delight to behold. The sibling duo of Nickson and Glen, made their presence felt this year with their use of forms and patterns. First timer exhibitor Pankaj’s abstracts held their own beside the other works. The exhibition was inaugurated by Manohar Parrikar. Nadine Coelho came with parents Nimmi and Rosarito to cheer up brother Rohan. Sadguru Chedvankar, a senior artist and professor at the arts college, came to bless his students.
