A marathon in Ponda to raise awareness about atrocities against children
Over 250 people from all parts of Goa, including a team of 45 doctors, took part in a 10 km marathon from Goa Engineering College in Farmagudi to Ponda bus stand and back. The run was organised by ultra-runner Dveep Mulvi Bandodkar (who has previously run from Goa to Delhi to raise awareness about women and child abuse) along with Yuva Kala Mogi and Purvacharya Sangh to raise their voices against atrocities towards children and child abuse.
